Multi-function power meters are the common power meters today, and they do not have trade settlement functions. However, due to its complete functions, comprehensive measurement data and abundant categories, it can replace many traditional instruments and is a key component in the energy consumption monitoring process of enterprises and society.
The multi-function network power meter has comprehensive functions and convenient installation, and provides a scientific basis for the statistics of power parameters. However, when using the first time, it is necessary to keep in mind the use requirements to avoid late review and rework.
(1) Check if the parameters of the multi-function power meter are correct
The first time you use the meter, check that the power meter is consistent with the parameters required in the surrounding system.
For example, if the voltage and current ratio in the meter are correct; whether the meter address is correct. If it is found to be incorrect, the user can reprogram the meter configuration according to actual needs. Under normal circumstances, when multi-function power meters are shipped from the factory, they must be monitored through multiple procedures, and basically no such situation will occur.
For example, our multi-function power meter has to go through four procedures for quality check from raw material quality inspection, semi-quality inspection, finished-quality inspection and factory quality inspection.
(2) Check the wiring of the multi-function power meter
After confirming that the parameters of the multi-function power meter are correctly configured, it is necessary to check the wiring of the power meter. A common mistake is that the actual wiring does not match the defaulted wiring, which causes the abnormal detected data after powered on. This problem is very common.
